My parents have kept me from bringing me to my favorite black leather case with my regular hand-carry basket. The reason I want to take my walks, because they correspond to what is more important, important documents, the paper size 14 x 8 cm and a legal lot of things. You should check with your airline. In general, hand luggage is allowed, but some airlines allow two. If the flight is full, you can have a control on the door. The bag looks like it might be too big, too. I call the airline and check with them.
You can take, take 1 a.m. to 1 p.m. personal item. The staffing problem is usually a laptop or handbag. You can not call into 2 pieces of cabin baggage size you in.
You probably will not be charged, but you can get in to your account. You may use only one item of hand luggage, it will wait and see things.
